I can't recall a single eureka moment

to source the origin of Resolute Brewing, but it was more a mash up of experiences and influences, Such as teaching myself to enjoy British ales in London, experiencing the joy of tasting well-brewed lagers in Munich, and finally submitting to Weissbier in Austria. And in New Zealand, finding those independent breweries that dared to release beer that wasn't just a dull flavourless generic beverage.
